This is just like when you are in a restaurant or brick and mortar store and the associate says your card did not go through - do you have another? He does not know why, just that it did not go through. We do not know why, just that it did not go through.
Because of this, the transaction was not completed and we did not receive a funds transfer from your bank, or process an order.
If this happens you should contact your bank to verify all account information before attempting future transactions with your credit card. Our credit card processing service requires a complete address match, so pay particular attention to match addresses exactly with billing information.
Additionally, please be aware that some banks put a hold on funds in your account, even if a transaction fails to prevent fraud. After an indeterminate period of time these banks release the hold on these funds. Please contact your issuing bank for specific details on their hold and fraud prevention policy. Please do not try this card again until you have spoken with your bank as this could result in multiple authorizations and holds on the funds associated with your credit or debit card. Some Banks may even suspend your card if too many AVS failures are received.
