The dead pixel warranty applies (within the standard warranty period only) when your LCD / LED contains dead pixels more than the acceptable ISO standard. Please use the calculator at the bottom of the page to calculate acceptable dead pixels based on your screen resolution.
Warranty is not valid in the following cases:
Cosmetic damage (dent, crack, scratch & etc.)
Spillage of food/liquids
Operating with incorrect or irregular voltage supply
Improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind
Where the product serial has been removed or made illegible or has been tampered with
Damage due to improper packing during shipment to us
Damage due to exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal environment conditions

You can fix the stuck pixels by calling them to do rapid changes. You need to run this program for a couple of hours. There is no warranty on the result, but you don't really have anything to lose trying it out. Good luck
